  • 200 g macaroni, boiled and strained
  • 100 g chopped meat
  • 1 leek, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp wheat flour
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 block Maggie meat flavored
  • 300 ml low fat liquid milk
  • 3 eggs, free mixed
  • 100 g cheddar cheese, grated
  • Vegetable oil


  1. Saute garlic and leek until aromatic.
  2. Add chopped meat, pepper powder, nutmeg powder, salt, and Maggie. Cook until meat turn its color.
  3. Add the macaroni, stir. Pour liquid milk, stir then add the wheat flour. Stir until coagulated. Turn off the heat.
  4. Add a part of grated cheddar cheese and mixed egg. Stir well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking tray which has been spread with margarine. Spread the rest of the grated cheddar cheese onto it.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 60 minutes until well cooked. Serve it together with tomato sauce or other sauce.
