ONIONS CRISPY CHIPS RECIPE – Many people like crispy chips. It seems to be favorite snacks of many people. When you make it by yourself at home, you can make sure that the crispy chips is hygiene, halal, and preservative-free. We can make use onions as an ingredient to make some simple snacks, one of them is onions cassava crispy chips. Let’s take a look at the following recipe.


  • 150 gr wheat flour
  • 50 gr tapioca
  • 3 cloves of garlic, roughly pounded
  • 2 onions, roughly pounded
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 500 gr frying oil


  1. Mix well the wheat flour, tapioca, garlic, onions, coconut milk, salt, and egg. Mix until the dough is thick in texture. Remove and set aside.
  2. From the mixture, form it into a ball, then make it flat. Continue to make the dough into the flat shape.
  3. Deep-frying the crispy chips in hot oil over a high heat until it turns slightly golden in color. Then, remove and set aside.
